better understanding and PRACTICING these principles for wellbeing.

THE CONTENT
During the module, Paige will examine the core principle through the lens of psychology, neuroscience, and ancient wisdom tradition. Standing upon a foundation of science and spirituality, Paige will invite you to discover what YOU know about each principle. Short reflective writing exercises are facilitated. Prompts are included in the course workbook.
THE HEART-AT-HOME WORK
The downloadable workbook includes worksheets & journal prompts you can explore between the modules. The questions are designed to take you further into the work of understanding how these principles show up uniquely in YOUR experience and how you can apply the principles to increase your overall happiness.
