Welcome to Homebase Groupwork – a place created to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most to you.
The Homebase Groupwork experience combines meaningful learning with heartfelt connection. Together, we explore topics that help you navigate life with greater confidence, clarity, and intention—all within a supportive small-group community of others who are equally curious, compassionate, and committed to personal growth.
There are books, podcasts, and online courses full of ideas to help us through any moment we face. Yet our ability to integrate those teachings with tools —so we can uncover what we truly want and who we are becoming—happens in the presence of others.
You don't have to figure it out alone.
What is Homebase Groupwork?
Homebase is not therapy.
It is, however, deeply therapeutic.
Each small group gathering is intentionally designed to create an environment where you feel safe enough to be honest, encouraged enough to grow, and connected enough to bring full presence to your experience – we realize our own humanity when we witness the humanity in others.
When we learn alongside others, something remarkable happens.
We borrow courage from one another.
We discover new perspectives.
We feel understood.
And the simple experience of belonging often becomes part of the transformation itself.
Homebase Groupwork is about learning. But the goal isn't simply to gain information; it's about being supported and guided in a way that has you feel safe letting that information transform you.
The Details…

Each time the group meets, we will explore curriculum related to the overall focus of the session. The teachings in each meeting will build upon each other, giving you time and space to create a deeper understanding of the ideas we explore together.
Group Meeting Time – 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Group Location – Private residence in Encino (address provided upon registration)
Each two-hour group meeting is thoughtfully designed to balance learning, reflection and connection.
Between group meetings, there will be weekly support emails with reminders, reflections, and self-paced integration exercises. These communications will make it easier for you to apply the teachings from our group to your everyday life.
