What is Homebase Groupwork?

Homebase is not therapy.

It is, however, deeply therapeutic.

Each small group gathering is intentionally designed to create an environment where you feel safe enough to be honest, encouraged enough to grow, and connected enough to bring full presence to your experience – we realize our own humanity when we witness the humanity in others.

When we learn alongside others, something remarkable happens.

We borrow courage from one another.

We discover new perspectives.

We feel understood.

And the simple experience of belonging often becomes part of the transformation itself.

Homebase Groupwork is about learning. But the goal isn't simply to gain information; it's about being supported and guided in a way that has you feel safe letting that information transform you.

What We'll Explore

Each Homebase Group focuses on one meaningful area of personal growth.

Topics may include:

    • Confidence + self-trust
    • Balancing homelife and career
    • Living in alignment with your core values
    • Building wholehearted relationships
    • Communication skills
    • Emotional resilience
    • Boundaries
    • Personal empowerment
    • Purpose and direction

Group sessions will take place in the fall and spring seasons. Each season features a different curriculum, allowing you to continue growing through new experiences over time.

Here’s how the Circle works:

Every two-hour gathering, happening monthly, is thoughtfully designed to balance learning, reflection, and connection.

At Homebase, personal growth isn’t about becoming someone new.

It's about returning to the truest version of yourself—

and having a community that reminds you of your strength while you get there.
